आ सूर्यो न भानुमद्भिरर्कैरग्ने ततन्थ रोदसी वि भासा । चित्रो नयत्परि तमांस्यक्तः शोचिषा पत्मन्नौशिजो न दीयन् ॥

Transliteration

ā́ sū́ryo na bhā́numadbhir arkáir agne tatántha rodasī́ ví bhāsā́ | citró nayat pári tamā́ṃsy aktáḥ śóciṣā pátmann auśijó na dī́yan ||

Translation

Como Sūrya com hinos carregados de raios, ó Agni, estendeste os dois mundos com a tua luz. Variado em esplendor, ungido, conduzes ao redor as trevas; com a chama em rápido curso, como Auśija, concedes a passagem justa.
