यथा होतर्मनुषो देवताता यज्ञेभिः सूनो सहसो यजासि । एवा नो अद्य समना समानानुशन्नग्न उशतो यक्षि देवान् ॥

yáthā hotar mánuṣo deva-tā́tā yajñébhīḥ sū́no sahaso yájāsi | evā́ no adyá samanā́ samānān uśánn agna uśató yakṣi devā́n ||

Assim como tu, ó Hotar, filho de Sahas (Força), instaurador dos deuses, sacrificas por Manu mediante os sacrifícios, assim hoje por nós —que buscamos um mesmo encontro e um mesmo acordo—, ó Agni, consentindo, sacrifica aos deuses que o desejam.
