नू ष्टुत इन्द्र नू गृणान इषं जरित्रे नद्यो न पीपेः । अकारि ते हरिवो ब्रह्म नव्यं धिया स्याम रथ्यः सदासाः ॥

Transliteration

nū́ ṣṭutá indra nū́ gṛṇān á íṣaṃ jaritré nádyo na pīpeḥ | ákāri te harivo bráhma návyaṃ dhiyā́ syāma rathyáḥ sadā-sā́ḥ ||

Translation

Agora louvado, ó Indra, agora cantado, faze crescer para o cantor a iṣ, o impulso, como os rios fazem crescer as correntes. Para ti, ó senhor dos corcéis fulvos, foi feito um brahman novo, palavra inspirada; pela dhī desperta, pensamento-visão, tornemo-nos aptos para a jornada, sempre assentados na tua companhia.
