Sukta 3.62
इमा उ वां भृमयो मन्यमाना युवावते न तुज्या अभूवन् । क्व त्यदिन्द्रावरुणा यशो वां येन स्मा सिनं भरथः सखिभ्यः ॥
imā́ u vāṃ bhṛmáyo mányamānā yuvā́vate ná tujyā́ abhūvan | kvà tyád indrāvaruṇā yáśo vāṃ yéna smā sínam bhárathaḥ sákhībhyaḥ ||
Estas forças inquietas, julgando-se fortes, não puderam de fato assaltar-vos, a vós que sois sempre jovens em poder. Onde está aquela vossa glória, ó Indra–Varuṇa, pela qual outrora trazíeis aos vossos companheiros a plenitude vitoriosa (sinā)?
