महि महे दिवे अर्चा पृथिव्यै कामो म इच्छञ्चरति प्रजानन् । ययोर्ह स्तोमे विदथेषु देवाः सपर्यवो मादयन्ते सचायोः ॥
máhi mahé divé arcā pṛthivyái kā́mo ma icchán cárati prajā́nann | yáyor ha stóme vidáthēṣu devā́ḥ saparyávo mā́dayante sacā́yoḥ ||
Entoa um hino amplo ao Grande Céu e à Terra. Em mim se move o desejo que busca, conhecendo seu alvo. Pois no louvor deles, nas assembleias do ṛta, os deuses — servidores e realizadores da obra — alegram-se juntamente com o par (Céu e Terra).
