वातोपधूत इषितो वशाँ अनु तृषु यदन्ना वेविषद्वितिष्ठसे । आ ते यतन्ते रथ्यो यथा पृथक्छर्धांस्यग्ने अजराणि धक्षतः ॥

Transliteration

vā́topadhūta iṣitó vaśā́m̐ ánu tṛ́ṣu yád ánnā vevíṣad ví-tiṣṭhase | ā́ te yatante rathyò yáthā pṛ́thak chárdhāṃsy agne ajárāṇi dhákṣataḥ ||

Translation

Impulsionado pelo vento, instigado, segues pelos canais; quando os alimentos tremem, sobressais em teu poder que se expande. Para ti se empenham as companhias duradouras, ó Agni, como por estradas convergentes —cada qual a seu modo— para serem acesas numa chama que não envelhece.
