Sukta 10.54
यदचरस्तन्वा वावृधानो बलानीन्द्र प्रब्रुवाणो जनेषु । मायेत्सा ते यानि युद्धान्याहुर्नाद्य शत्रुं ननु पुरा विवित्से ॥
yád ácaras tanvā́ vāvṛdhānó bálānīndra prábruvāṇo jáneṣu | māyét sá te yā́ni yuddhā́ny āhúr nā́dya śátruṃ nánu purā́ vivitse ||
Quando te moveste no teu próprio corpo, crescendo em força, ó Indra, proclamando os teus poderes entre os povos, isso é, de fato, a tua Māyā, essas batalhas de que falam. Hoje não procuras um inimigo: pois já o tinhas discernido antes.
