Sukta 10.43
विषूवृदिन्द्रो अमतेरुत क्षुधः स इद्रायो मघवा वस्व ईशते । तस्येदिमे प्रवणे सप्त सिन्धवो वयो वर्धन्ति वृषभस्य शुष्मिणः ॥
viṣū-vṛ́d índro ámater utá kṣúdhaḥ sá íd rāyó maghávā vásva īśate | tásyed imé pravaṇé saptá síndhavo váyo vardhanti vṛṣabhásya śuṣmíṇaḥ ||
Indra nos alarga e amplia, tirando-nos do mau pensar e da fome; ele, o Magnânimo, detém de fato o senhorio sobre as riquezas e o bem. Para ele, na encosta adiante, os sete rios aumentam seus fluxos —potências de movimento— para o Touro forte, pleno de força impelente.
