तेपादपशिलाश्शैलैश्चक्रुर्वृष्टिमनूपमाम् ।बाणौघैर्वार्यमाणाश्चहरयोभीमविक्रमाः ।।।।

Transliteration

te pādapa-śilāḥ śailaiś cakrur vṛṣṭim anūpamām |

bāṇaughair vāryamāṇāś ca harayo bhīma-vikramāḥ ||

Translation

Aqueles macacos, de façanhas terríveis, mesmo sendo contidos por torrentes de flechas, desencadearam uma ‘chuva’ sem igual de árvores, rochas e penhascos de montanha.
