समुद्रतट-प्रयाणम् तथा वेलावन-निवेशः
March to the Seacoast and Encampment at the Shore
सरांसि विमलाम्भांसि द्रुमाकीर्णांश्च पर्वता ।समान् भूमिप्रदेशांश्च वनानि फलवन्ति च ।मध्येन च समन्ताच्च तिर्यक्चाथश्च समाऽविशत् ।।।।
sarāṃsi vimalāmbhāṃsi drumākīrṇāṃś ca parvatāḥ | samān bhūmi-pradeśāṃś ca vanāni phalavanti ca | madhyena ca samantāc ca tiryak cāthaś ca samāviśat ||
Eles atravessaram lagos de águas límpidas, transpuseram montanhas densas de árvores, cruzaram planícies niveladas e florestas carregadas de frutos — passando pelo meio e ao redor, de lado e até por baixo, avançando por todos os caminhos.
