ādhāradeśe'dhiṣṭhāne nābhau paścādanāhate | kaṃṭhadeśe bhravormadhye biṃdau bhūyaḥ kalā padoḥ || 121 ||
Na região do Ādhāra (Suporte), no assento chamado Adhiṣṭhāna; no umbigo; depois no Anāhata (coração); na região da garganta; entre as sobrancelhas; no bindu (ponto sutil); e novamente na Kalā nos pés—o yogin deve firmar a consciência nessa devida ordem.
