Então deve-se meditar em Kapīśvara (Hanumān), nascido do ventre de Añjanā—refulgente como dez milhões de sóis nascente, capaz de abalar os mundos.
Narada (teaching a dhyana/upanasa method within the Vedanga-oriented section)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It prescribes a focused dhyāna on Hanumān as a divine power of luminous purity and world-moving strength, training the mind toward fearless devotion and concentrated worship.
By directing the devotee to contemplate Hanumān’s divine origin and splendor, it uses form-based meditation (saguṇa-upāsanā) to awaken reverence, steadiness, and surrender—core movements of bhakti.
It highlights upāsanā-prayoga (practical application of meditation) supported by correct recitation and form-visualization—skills typically strengthened through Śikṣā (phonetics) and Vyākaraṇa (grammatical clarity in mantra/verse usage).
