षड्बीजानि पदद्वंद्वं मूर्ध्नि भाले मुखे हृदि । नाभावूर्वोर्जंघयोश्च पादयोर्विन्यसेत्क्रमात् ॥ ८ ॥
ṣaḍbījāni padadvaṃdvaṃ mūrdhni bhāle mukhe hṛdi | nābhāvūrvorjaṃghayośca pādayorvinyasetkramāt || 8 ||
Deve-se colocar as seis bīja-mantras, em pares e em sequência—no alto da cabeça, na testa, no rosto e no coração; depois no umbigo, nas coxas, nas canelas e, por fim, nos pés.
