Adhyaya 91 — The Gods’ Hymn to Kātyāyanī and the Goddess’ Prophecy of Future Manifestations

Right discernment (buddhi) is divine; cultivating clarity, ethical reasoning, and self-restraint is itself a form of honoring Devī within.
Not a manvantara/vamśa passage; it functions as dharma-teaching through theology: the inner faculty guiding action is identified with Devī.
Devī as buddhi in the heart indicates the ‘inner guru’: liberation is approached by refining the very instrument of knowing until it reflects the Divine.
