Adhyaya 26 — Madālasa Names Alarka and Reorients Him Toward Kshatriya Duty
द्वितीयोऽस्याः सुतो जज्ञे तस्य नामाकरोत्पिता ।
सुबाहुरयमित्युक्ते सा जाहास मदालसा ॥
dvitīyo 'syāḥ suto jajñe tasya nāmākarot pitā / subāhur ayam ity ukte sā jāhāsa madālasā
Um segundo filho nasceu-lhe. O pai deu-lhe um nome; e quando se disse: “Este é Subāhu”, Madālasā riu.
