पुत्र उवाच शृणु तात यथा तत्त्वमनुभूतं मयासकृत् ।
संसारचक्रमजरं स्थितिर्यस्य न विद्यते ॥
putra uvāca śṛṇu tāta yathā tattvam anubhūtaṃ mayāsakṛt | saṃsāracakram ajaraṃ sthitir yasya na vidyate ||
O filho disse: “Escuta, querido pai, a verdade que repetidas vezes experimentei: a roda do saṃsāra não envelhece e não possui um estado fixo em que permaneça.”
