Transliteration

te tu tatropavāsāṁs tu cakruḥ niścitamānasāḥ | brāhmaṇās tatra śataśaḥ samājagmus tapodhanāḥ ||

Translation

Ali, com a mente firmemente resolvida, observaram jejuns repetidos naquele lugar sagrado. Então, reuniram-se ali centenas de brâmanes ascetas—ricos em tapas—atraídos pela santidade do tīrtha e pela disciplina que ali se praticava.
