Chapter 82
तस्मिंस्तीर्थे नर: स्नात्वा शुचि: प्रयतमानस:
tasmiṁs tīrthe naraḥ snātvā śuciḥ prayatamānasaḥ
Tendo-se banhado nesse vau sagrado, o homem torna-se purificado—limpo por fora e disciplinado por dentro—apto a buscar fins justos com intenção concentrada.
घुलस्त्य उवाच
True purification is not only ritual bathing at a tīrtha but also inner discipline—becoming śuciḥ with a collected, restrained mind (prayatamānasaḥ), which supports dharmic conduct.
