Chapter 82
ततो गच्छेत राजेन्द्र प्रभासं तीर्थमुत्तमम् । तत्र संनिहितों नित्यं स््वयमेव हुताशन:
tato gacchet rājendra prabhāsaṃ tīrtham uttamam | tatra sannihito nityaṃ svayam eva hutāśanaḥ ||
Então, ó melhor dos reis, deves seguir para Prabhāsa, o mais excelente vau sagrado. Ali, o deus do Fogo, Agni, está sempre presente em pessoa—habitando ali continuamente—para que o buscador se aproxime desse lugar santo com reverência e disciplina.
घुलस्त्य उवाच
The verse commends pilgrimage to a sanctified place where divine presence is affirmed; it implies that approaching such a tīrtha with reverence and self-restraint supports purification and dharmic renewal.
The speaker instructs the king to go next to the Prabhāsa tīrtha, describing it as supreme and noting that Agni is perpetually present there in person, thereby highlighting the site’s exceptional sanctity.
