The verse highlights disciplined approach to seeking divine aid: purification (ācamana), inner regulation (prāṇāyāma), and then a focused invocation. Ethically, it suggests that power or help is approached through self-control and proper conduct rather than impulsiveness.
After completing ritual sipping and breath-regulation, a person formally invokes the Sun-god (Divākara). In response, the deity arrives swiftly, indicating the immediacy of divine response to a properly performed, earnest summons.
