Transliteration

prāyāt prācīṃ diśaṃ tatra tatra tīrthāny anekaśaḥ | sahasraśata-saṅkhyāni prathitāni pade pade, paurava |

Translation

Vaiśampāyana disse: Ele prosseguiu para o leste e, ao longo do caminho, a cada passo surgiam muitos vaus sagrados—locais de peregrinação afamados, contados às centenas de milhares, ó descendente de Puru.
