गोवृषो गौतमस्यासीत् कृपस्य सुपरिष्कृत: । स तेन भ्राजते राजन् गोवृषेण महारथ:
govṛṣo gautamasyāsīt kṛpasya supariṣkṛtaḥ | sa tena bhrājate rājan govṛṣeṇa mahārathaḥ ||
Disse Sañjaya: “Ó rei, o esplêndido estandarte com emblema de touro, que outrora pertenceu a Gautama, está agora em posse de Kṛpa. Com esse símbolo do touro, o grande guerreiro de carro resplandece—sua bandeira proclama sua linhagem e sua dignidade marcial em meio ao tumulto da batalha.”
