Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
ततः स जनयामास भूतग्रामं च वीर्यवान् । तस्य तत् तेजसस्तस्माज्जज्ञे लोकेषु तैजसम्
tataḥ sa janayāmāsa bhūtagrāmaṃ ca vīryavān | tasya tat tejasas tasmāj jajñe lokeṣu taijasam ||
Então aquele poderoso fez surgir a multidão de seres. Da própria irradiação dele nasceu, nos mundos, a criação ‘taijasa’—formas de vida marcadas por atividade enérgica e movimento—mostrando como o cosmos se desdobra por poderes diferenciados dentro de uma única fonte.
