Suvarṇa-dāna: Kārttikeya’s Origin and the Defeat of Tāraka (सुवर्णदान-प्रसङ्गे कार्त्तिकेय-उत्पत्ति तथा तारकवधः)
आजहुर्ऋतवश्चापि सुगन्धीनि पृथक् पृथक् । तस्मिन् देवसमावाये सर्वभूतसमागमे
ājahuḥ ṛtavaś cāpi sugandhīni pṛthak pṛthak | tasmin deva-samāvāye sarva-bhūta-samāgame, kuntī-nandana |
Bhīṣma disse: “Até as estações, cada qual à sua maneira distinta, ofereciam dádivas perfumadas. Naquela grande convocação dos deuses—onde todos os seres se haviam reunido, ó filho de Kuntī—(a assembleia celeste estava repleta de oferendas auspiciosas e de presença reverente).”
