Śatarudrīya-prabhāva and Rudra’s Supremacy (शतरुद्रीयप्रभावः)
जनश्न विमना: सर्वो5भवत् त्राससमन्वित: । निमीलिते भूतपतौ नष्टसूर्य इवाभवत्
janaḥ sa vimanaḥ sarvo 'bhavat trāsasamanvitaḥ | nimīlite bhūtapatau naṣṭasūrya ivābhavat ||
Disse Nārada: Então todos os homens ficaram abatidos, e o medo os tomou. Quando o Senhor dos seres fechou os olhos, o mundo pareceu como se o próprio sol tivesse desaparecido—mergulhado numa escuridão nascida do pavor e da perda da ordem protetora.
