श्रीभगवानुवाच अवधारितमेतन्मे यदात्थ विबुधेश्वर । कृतं व: कार्यमखिलं भूमेर्भारोऽवतारित: ॥ २८ ॥
śrī-bhagavān uvāca avadhāritam etan me yad āttha vibudheśvara kṛtaṁ vaḥ kāryam akhilaṁ bhūmer bhāro ’vatāritaḥ
O Senhor Supremo disse: Ó senhor dos semideuses, Brahmā, Eu entendo as tuas orações e o teu pedido. Tendo removido o fardo da terra, executei tudo o que era necessário em teu nome.
