Devas in Dvārakā, Brahmā’s Petition, and Uddhava’s Appeal
Prabhāsa Departure Set-Up
This verse records the devotees’ prayer that Kṛṣṇa may enter His supreme abode (svadhāma paramaṁ) according to His will, while still granting protection to His surrendered servants.
They accept His divine plan to depart, yet they beg that His safeguarding presence—directly or through the world-guardians—continue for His devotees, who depend on Him alone.
See yourself as Kṛṣṇa’s servant, prioritize devotion and duty, and pray for spiritual protection—steadfastness, purity, and guidance—rather than mere material security.
