ya etena mahādevi dve saṃdhye'stamanodaye | nāgarārkaṃ tu saṃstauti sa labhedvāṃchitaṃ phalam
ਹੇ ਮਹਾਦੇਵੀ, ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਇਸ (ਸਤਵ) ਨਾਲ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਸੰਧਿਆਵਾਂ—ਸੂਰਜ ਅਸਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਰਜ ਉਦਯ ਵੇਲੇ—ਨਾਗਰਾਰਕ ਦੀ ਸਤੁਤੀ ਕਰੇ, ਉਹ ਇੱਛਿਤ ਫਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
