एषां शापो मया दत्तोऽनुग्रहीष्य ति शंकरः । नान्यस्त्रातुं भवेच्छक्तो विना पशुपतिं भवम् । तत्त्वं शीघ्रतरं गच्छ समाराधय शंकर
eṣāṃ śāpo mayā datto'nugrahīṣya ti śaṃkaraḥ | nānyastrātuṃ bhavecchakto vinā paśupatiṃ bhavam | tattvaṃ śīghrataraṃ gaccha samārādhaya śaṃkara
ਇਹਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸ਼ਾਪ ਹੈ; ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਪਸ਼ੁਪਤਿ ਭਵ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਤਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਰੰਤ, ਬਹੁਤ ਜਲਦੀ ਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਦੀ ਵਿਧੀਵਤ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰ।
