Transliteration

vasiṣṭha uvāca | śṛṇu sarvaṃ mahīpāla vistareṇa ca kathyate | na ca manyustvayā kāryo na ca vrīḍā mahāmate

Translation

ਵਸਿਸ਼ਠ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ: ਸੁਣੋ, ਹੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਰਖਵਾਲੇ, ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਸਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਹੇ ਮਹਾਮਤੇ, ਤੂੰ ਨਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰੀਂ, ਨਾ ਲੱਜਾ ਧਾਰੀਂ।
