चापबाणधराः सर्वे यथा वै यमकिंकराः । पप्रच्छुश्च मृगान्भूप मानुषत्वमुपागतान्
cāpabāṇadharāḥ sarve yathā vai yamakiṃkarāḥ | papracchuśca mṛgānbhūpa mānuṣatvamupāgatān
ਸਾਰੇ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਤੇ ਬਾਣ ਧਾਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਮ ਦੇ ਦੂਤ ਹੋਣ। ਹੇ ਰਾਜਨ! ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਹਿਰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ—ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਸਨ—ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ।
