Sūta (continuing narration)
Tirtha: Ānarta region (gateway to Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra in the following verses)
Type: kshetra
Scene: A caravan-like royal pilgrimage: Kurus and Pāṇḍavas moving in orderly stages across a fertile landscape, granaries and golden fields indicating abundance as they enter Anarta.
Pilgrimage is portrayed as a deliberate, step-by-step movement through sacred landscapes, linking geography with dharmic memory.
The verse names Ānarta as the region reached; the later focus of praise is Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra.
None; it is a geographical-progress marker.
