समस्तेभ्यस्ततोऽदूरान्मुनयः शंसितव्रताः । संश्रयंति ततो भूपास्तपोऽर्थं जरयाऽन्विताः

samastebhyastato'dūrānmunayaḥ śaṃsitavratāḥ | saṃśrayaṃti tato bhūpāstapo'rthaṃ jarayā'nvitāḥ

ਉਹਨਾਂ (ਤੀਰਥਾਂ) ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਹੀ ਦੂਰ, ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਿਤ ਵ੍ਰਤਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੁਨੀ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਵੀ—ਬੁਢਾਪੇ ਨਾਲ ਥੱਕੇ ਹੋਏ—ਤਪਸਿਆ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਆਸਰਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
