ततो व्यलोकयच्छंभुर्द्दिक्षु सर्वासु सादरम् । तावद्दृष्टो दक्षिणस्यां दिशि ह्यात्तशरासनः
tato vyalokayacchaṃbhurddikṣu sarvāsu sādaram | tāvaddṛṣṭo dakṣiṇasyāṃ diśi hyāttaśarāsanaḥ
ਤਦੋਂ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਨੇ ਆਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਭ ਦਿਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨਪੂਰਵਕ ਨਿਹਾਰਿਆ। ਓਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੱਖਣ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਤੇ ਬਾਣ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿਆਰ ਧਾਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ।
