Transliteration

pitrā tena tadā tanvī mātrā caiva vicāritā | bāle ehi gṛhe śīghraṃ mā śramaṃ kartumarhasi

Translation

ਤਦ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਨੇ ਪਤਲੀ ਕੁੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ: “ਬੱਚੀਏ, ਜਲਦੀ ਘਰ ਆ ਜਾ; ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਕਲੇਸ਼ ਸਹਿਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।”
