ततोऽतीव विनीतोऽहं भूत्वा तं ब्राह्मणीयुतम् । विश्वासनाय सुदृढं तोषयामि दिनेदिने
tato'tīva vinīto'haṃ bhūtvā taṃ brāhmaṇīyutam | viśvāsanāya sudṛḍhaṃ toṣayāmi dinedine
ਫਿਰ ਮੈਂ ਅਤਿ ਨਿਮਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ, ਉਸ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਮੁਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਨੋਂਦਿਨ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਟੱਲ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਪੱਕਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।
