पृथिवीजयराज्येस्मिन्यत्र प्रबूत मा चिरम् । जना ऊचुः । श्रूयते नैमिषारण्ये सप्तकल्पस्मरो मुनिः
pṛthivījayarājyesminyatra prabūta mā ciram | janā ūcuḥ | śrūyate naimiṣāraṇye saptakalpasmaro muniḥ
ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ-ਜਯ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੂੰ (ਆਪਣੇ ਮਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ) ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਲੋਕ ਬੋਲੇ: “ਸੁਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨੈਮਿਸ਼ਾਰਣ੍ਯ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਨੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸੱਤ ਕਲਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।”
