वृक्षेणाहत्य मद्रेशो नदीं शुष्कां प्रसारितः । राजराजस्तथा येन जरासंधो निपातितः
vṛkṣeṇāhatya madreśo nadīṃ śuṣkāṃ prasāritaḥ | rājarājastathā yena jarāsaṃdho nipātitaḥ
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਦਰੱਖਤ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਦ੍ਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਡਾਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ; ਸੁੱਕੀ ਨਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵਹਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ; ਅਤੇ ਉਸੇ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਾ ਜਰਾਸੰਧ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪਤਨ ਕਰਾਇਆ।
