Transliteration

bhūmau pradharṣayāmāsa prasṛtaṃ ca mumoca ha | cikṣepa cāgnikoṇe taṃ mahīsāgararodhasi

Translation

ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਟਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਪਸਰਿਆ ਪਿਆ ਸੀ ਤਦ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਫਿਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਨੀ-ਕੋਣ, ਅਰਥਾਤ ਦੱਖਣ-ਪੂਰਬ ਵੱਲ, ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਵੱਲ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
