अर्जुन उवाच । गुप्तक्षेत्रमिदं कस्मात्कस्माद्गुप्तं च नारद । यस्य प्रभावः सुमहान्नैव कस्यापि संस्तुतः
arjuna uvāca | guptakṣetramidaṃ kasmātkasmādguptaṃ ca nārada | yasya prabhāvaḥ sumahānnaiva kasyāpi saṃstutaḥ
ਅਰਜੁਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ: ਹੇ ਨਾਰਦ! ਇਹ ਗੁਪਤ ਖੇਤਰ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਲੁਕਿਆ ਰਹਿਆ? ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਅਤਿ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੈ, ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸਤੁਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ।
