Son of Kauthuma (the boy)
Listener: pitā (father)
Scene: A confident young son addresses an older learned father surrounded by stacks of manuscripts; the father appears unsettled, as if realizing the weight of the critique; the son’s gesture is precise, cutting through confusion.
Accumulated learning and debate can still leave one confused; wisdom requires clarity, not just quantity of texts.
