Transliteration

savitā paramo devaḥ sarvasvaṃ vā dvijanmanām | vedavedāṃgagītaśca tvamapyenaṃ sadā bhaja

Translation

ਸਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਪਰਮ ਦੇਵ ਹੈ—ਦੁਇਜਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਉਹੀ ਹੈ। ਵੇਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਦਾਂਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸ্তুਤੀ ਗਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ; ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਦਾ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ-ਪੂਜਨ ਕਰ।
