Transliteration

asākṣikeṣu cārtheṣu mitho vivadamānayoḥ | rājadrohābhiśāpeṣu sāhaseṣu tathaiva ca

Translation

ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ, ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਪੱਖ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਝਗੜਦੇ ਹੋਣ; ਰਾਜਦ੍ਰੋਹ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ; ਸ਼ਾਪ ਅਤੇ ਨਿੰਦਾ-ਅਭਿਯੋਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ; ਅਤੇ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਕਰਤੂਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ—ਉਥੇ ਦਿਵ੍ਯ ਪਰਖਾਂ ਵਰਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
