मिथ्याप्रसादितो वाक्यमाकर्णयति यः शनैः । चपलश्चापिमायावी शठो मिथ्याविनीतकः
mithyāprasādito vākyamākarṇayati yaḥ śanaiḥ | capalaścāpimāyāvī śaṭho mithyāvinītakaḥ
ਜੋ ਝੂਠੀ ਚਾਪਲੂਸੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਧੀਮੇ-ਧੀਮੇ ਸੁਣੇ; ਜੋ ਚੰਚਲ, ਮਾਇਆਵੀ, ਧੋਖੇਬਾਜ਼ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਦਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਢੋਂਗ ਰਚੇ—ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦਵਾਨ ਧਰਮਮਾਰਗ ਲਈ ਅਯੋਗ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਨਿੰਦਦੇ ਹਨ।
