अर्द्धेन स्नापयेत्पूर्वं कुर्याच्च मलघर्षणम् । सर्वेण स्नापयेत्पश्चात्पूजयेत्स्नापयेत्ततः
arddhena snāpayetpūrvaṃ kuryācca malagharṣaṇam | sarveṇa snāpayetpaścātpūjayetsnāpayettataḥ
ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਲ ਦੇ ਅੱਧੇ ਭਾਗ ਨਾਲ ਲਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਸਨਾਨ ਕਰਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਲ-ਮੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਘਿਸ ਕੇ ਦੂਰ ਕਰੇ। ਫਿਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਜਲ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਾਨ ਕਰਾਵੇ; ਤਦ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਫੇਰ ਸਨਾਨ ਕਰਾਵੇ।
