संसदि व्रीडयाऽश्रुत्य आर्थिभ्यः प्रददाति च । प्रतिदीयते च यद्दानं व्रीडादानमिति श्रुतम्
saṃsadi vrīḍayā'śrutya ārthibhyaḥ pradadāti ca | pratidīyate ca yaddānaṃ vrīḍādānamiti śrutam
ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਨਾਮੀ ਦੇ ਡਰ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਜਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਦਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਦਾਨ ਬਦਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ—ਉਹ ‘ਵ੍ਰੀੜਾ-ਦਾਨ’ (ਲੱਜਾ-ਦਾਨ) ਸੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
