इति वैधात्रव्यवस्थितिः । श्रीनारद उवाच । ऋषभोनाम यन्नाम्ना नानापाषंड कल्पनाः । कलौ पार्थ भविष्यंति लोकानां मोहनात्मिकाः
iti vaidhātravyavasthitiḥ | śrīnārada uvāca | ṛṣabhonāma yannāmnā nānāpāṣaṃḍa kalpanāḥ | kalau pārtha bhaviṣyaṃti lokānāṃ mohanātmikāḥ
ਇਹ ਹੈ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਿਕਰਤਾ (ਵੈਧਾਤ੍ਰ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਯਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਵਿਧਾਨ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਾਰਦ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ: ਹੇ ਪਾਰਥ! ਕਲਿਯੁਗ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਸ਼ਭ’ ਨਾਮ ਹੇਠ ਅਨੇਕ ਘੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਾਖੰਡ-ਮਤ ਉੱਠਣਗੇ, ਜੋ ਮੋਹ-ਸਰੂਪ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਟਕਾਉਣਗੇ।
