सौरेर्लक्षं स्मृतं चोर्ध्वं ततः सप्तर्षिमण्डलम् । ऋषिभ्यश्चापि लक्षेण ध्रुवश्चोर्ध्वं व्यवस्थितः

Transliteration

saurerlakṣaṃ smṛtaṃ cordhvaṃ tataḥ saptarṣimaṇḍalam | ṛṣibhyaścāpi lakṣeṇa dhruvaścordhvaṃ vyavasthitaḥ

Translation

ਸੌਰੀ (ਸ਼ਨੀ) ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਉੱਪਰ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ; ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਸਪਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ੀ-ਮੰਡਲ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਰਿਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਉੱਪਰ ਧ੍ਰੁਵ ਤਾਰਾ ਅਡੋਲ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਹੈ।
