kumāriketi vikhyātā tasyā nāmnā prakathyate | idaṃ kaumārikākhaṃḍaṃ caturvargaphalapradam

Translation

ਉਹ ‘ਕੁਮਾਰਿਕਾ’ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਹੋਈ; ਉਸਦੇ ਹੀ ਨਾਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕੌਮਾਰਿਕਾ ਖੰਡ ਚਾਰ ਪੁਰੁਸ਼ਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਫਲ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ।
