तपोधनाः सर्वसमा वयं यद्यपि पार्वति । दुनोत्येव तवारंभः शूलायां यूपसत्क्रिया
tapodhanāḥ sarvasamā vayaṃ yadyapi pārvati | dunotyeva tavāraṃbhaḥ śūlāyāṃ yūpasatkriyā
ਹੇ ਪਾਰਵਤੀ, ਅਸੀਂ ਤਪੋਧਨ ਸੰਨਿਆਸੀ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਸਭ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾਨ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਤੇਰਾ ਇਹ ਆਰੰਭ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਖਟਕਦਾ ਹੈ—ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ੂਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਯੂਪ ਦੀ ਸਤਕਾਰ-ਕ੍ਰਿਆ।
